This picture was taken on the Isle de Brehat - an
island off the northern coast of Brittany, France.
The bird pictured is a puffin that breeds on islands
and rocky cliffs. The picture was eye catching
outside the French restaurant as we traveled with a
group of painters. A ferry brings you to this island
without cars, and the green natural beauty is
enhanced with flowers, cobbled sidewalks, stone
churches, and cottages.
